Company Headshot Photographer for South Carolina Teams

Getting headshots for your whole team usually means everyone driving across town and losing half a day each. Instead, I bring a complete portable studio to your office, conference room, or event — fast, consistent, and without pulling anyone away for long.

Team Headshots

A clean, professional headshot for everyone on staff, with the same lighting and background so the whole team matches on your website and leadership pages. People rotate through in short slots of a few minutes each, so a full office gets done in one visit without derailing the workday.

New hire in a few months? Staff spread across Columbia, Charleston, Greenville, Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head, or Charlotte? Everyone gets the same look, no matter when or where.

Already bringing me in for a conference or company event? We can set up a headshot station right there.

Executive Portraits

Executive portraits are a step up from team headshots — more time, more intention. Instead of a quick rotation, this is a produced session: multiple setups, several poses, and environmental shots in the executive’s own workspace, whether that’s at the desk, in the office, or somewhere that reflects what they do.

These are the images that carry weight — leadership pages, annual reports, press and speaking bios, board announcements. All your executive or their assistant needs to do is set aside a bit more time and pick the space; I handle the lighting and the rest.

Branding Photography

Branding photography is different again: candid, in-action images that show what a person or company actually does, rather than a straight-to-camera portrait. Think a chef working through service in the kitchen, a trainer coaching a client mid-session, a business owner in their element.

These aren’t posed, they’re real moments, shot to look natural. They’re built for websites, social media, and marketing, where a brand needs to feel alive and human. If you’re building a personal or business brand and a standard headshot doesn’t tell the whole story, this is the one.

How does an on-site company headshot session work?

01

Space & setup

I bring everything — backdrop, lighting, the full kit. All I need is a bit of room with a power outlet: an empty office, a conference room, or a quiet corner.

02

Setup time

I arrive early and have the studio ready before your first person sits down, so the session starts on schedule.

03

How the day flows

People come through in short slots, a few minutes each, so you can send them in waves without stopping work across the office.

04

Warp-up

When the last person’s done, I break everything down and pack out — no trace left behind.
