Corporate Event Photographer for South Carolina

Thirty years photographing corporate events. From conferences and galas to grand openings across South Carolina. Brief it once and the photography is handled from there.

Events We Cover

Every event is a little different, and each one has its own rhythm to work with.

A corporate specialist, not a wedding photographer who also does events.

A lot of photographers list corporate events right next to weddings, birthdays, and school dances. That’s not what this is. For three decades, corporate and organizational work has been the focus. Which means I already know how these rooms run, how the lighting works against you, where to stand during a keynote, and what a marketing team actually needs back.

That specialization is the difference between a photographer who happens to be available and one who’s done your exact kind of event a hundred times. You’re not hiring someone who’ll shoot a wedding the night before your conference. You’re hiring someone who does corporate event photography in South Carolina for a living.

And “South Carolina” is deliberate. I cover the whole state: Columbia, Charleston, Greenville, Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head, Daniel Island, and up into Charlotte. So whether your event is down the street or you’re planning it from out of state, it’s familiar ground.

Conferences and Trade Shows

Multi-day conferences, annual meetings, trade shows, and symposiums: keynotes, breakout sessions, the vendor floor, and the networking in between. Your team gets images it can use right away for post-event marketing, sponsor recognition, and promoting next year's event.

Grand Openings, Ribbon Cuttings, and Groundbreakings

The milestone moments — first shovel in the ground, ribbon in hand, doors open. These happen once and they happen fast, so positioning and timing are everything: being in the right spot for the cut, catching the officials, reading the room before the moment arrives. And because these are often the images you want out immediately, select shots can be ready for your press release and social channels right away.

Galas and Award Ceremonies

Award dinners, recognition nights, and formal galas — the big stage moments and the quiet ones at the table. These rooms are usually dark and the lighting is tricky, which is exactly where experience shows. You get polished coverage of the honorees, the stage, the donors, and the production — images that carry straight into annual reports and donor communications.

Golf Tournaments

Charity scrambles, member tournaments, and corporate outings — from the course to the clubhouse dinner. Sponsor signage, foursomes, the shotgun start, and the awards after. A full day of coverage across a lot of ground, and a recurring specialty I’m always glad to shoot more of.

Corporate Socials

Holiday parties, retreats, kickoffs, casino nights, and team celebrations — the looser, more social side of corporate life. The focus here is natural, candid images of people genuinely enjoying themselves: the kind of photos internal communications and recruiting teams actually want to use.

Political and Civic Events

Ribbon cuttings, fundraisers, rallies, town halls, and civic ceremonies. Coverage is nonpartisan and available to campaigns and organizations on either side — I’ve worked alongside press and campaign staff and know how to move in those settings. It’s a reflection of the range and scale of events I’m trusted to cover.

How we work: Brief once, then it’s off your plate

BEFORE THE EVENT

One
conversation.

The run of show, the VIPs, and the handful of must-have shots. We agree on what matters, so you can get back to everything else.

ON THE DAY

Consider it handled.

I run the day without needing art direction, checking in every ten minutes, or adding anything to your list. You focus on your event.

AFTER THE EVENT

A finished
gallery.

Culled, edited, polished images ready for press, social, annual reports, and internal communications. Same-day selects are available as a rush option.

Common Questions

Your event is on the calendar.
Let’s take photography off the list.

Tell me the date, the location, and the type of event, and I’ll put together a quote built around it. Even if the details are still coming together, it’s worth starting the conversation early.
